About Me

Dedrick has been involved in physical fitness throughout his life, from boys club to Division I collegiate level sports.  He was on the board of Urban Perform, a nonprofit gym located in the inner city of Atlanta, GA, from 2012 to 2018.  Dedrick has been a member of numerous powerlifting federations, such as Southern Powerlifting Federation (SPF), USA Powerlifting, and the Python Power League, where he competes in bench press competitions.  He held numerous records in these federations and is currently the Python Power League record holder in the raw bench press, 198 lbs 30-39 years old division.  Now in his mid 40s, Dedrick is committed to continue to defy age in his powerlifting endeavors.  More importantly, Dedrick wants to pass his results to others, due to his passion to see others excel in health and fitness.
